Hi, it's a pleasure to have you here! Whether you're from the recruitment team, the product team who received the link from someone in recruitment, or even a leader from another area who received the link from the product team via the recruiter. =) Regardless of who you are, it's great to have you here. If you're looking for someone for a product position, here's a bit about what I do day-to-day and how I can contribute to the team.
I hope this meets your expectations, and if it resonates with you, I'm available to discuss further.

Professional experience
Here is a description of the topics that currently encompass my work.

I have extensive experience in managing the entire lifecycle of digital product development, from initial strategic decisions to execution. My work spans from ideation and conception of a minimum viable product to launching features/products for specific target audiences. Additionally, I am involved in subsequent stages of growth, maturity, and potentially decline, continuously making adjustments and necessary evolutions to adapt the product to market changes, technology advancements, and user needs. All my decisions are data-driven, relying on product metrics.

I utilize a variety of methods, including Lean Inception, Design Sprint, and Lean Canvas. These approaches enable me to explore complex problems collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, identify opportunities, develop solutions, and test new ideas swiftly. Through these methods, I lead efficient and effective mapping of expectations, scope definition, value proposition, vision, and product goals.

I create and manage the backlog, using requirements engineering to understand user needs, pains, and preferences. I write user stories with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), technical stories, use cases, and diagrams using BPMN to clarify and document development needs. For prioritization, I use prioritization matrices and consider opportunities, development effort, risk, certainty level of the initiative and requirements, impacts, dependencies among tasks and involved areas, business objectives, and stakeholders.

I adopt a variety of techniques to evaluate hypotheses, demands, and opportunities, including analysis of qualitative and quantitative market and audience research, study of usage and consumption trends, competitive benchmarking, conducting controlled experiments and A/B tests, rapid prototyping, and usability/user interaction analysis.

I have experience in product data analysis, encompassing user usage and feature analysis; Business data analysis, focusing on the company's financial situation; Marketing data analysis, used to monitor campaign performance and assess effectiveness; User Experience (UX) data analysis, measuring product performance with user behavior indicators throughout their usage journey; and Technical data analysis, ensuring the solution functions correctly. Within these areas, a variety of metrics can be monitored and frameworks applied as needed. I have used platforms such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and Mixpanel for these purposes.

Stakeholder management involves overseeing all parties involved in the project, connecting all necessary points, and removing impediments to ensure smooth progress of the planned initiatives. This creates synergy and clarity among all stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, company employees, owners, board members, shareholders, investors, government, community, etc.

I lead the launch of new product versions or features, defining rollout strategy, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and other members of the organization.

My professional experience also includes leading multidisciplinary teams composed of developers, designers, and data analysts, often in direct collaboration with Tech Leads/Managers and Product Designers. Additionally, I establish connections between the product and complementary areas such as infrastructure and DevOps, operations, marketing, finance, legal, customer support, sales, among others.

I have worked on projects of different types: agile projects with high uncertainty and frequent iterations using SCRUM and Kanban. Projects with predefined scope where I needed to develop and manage a results-oriented roadmap to clearly articulate the defined strategy, outlining the direction for the short, medium, and long term of the product. And hybrid projects, with defined scope but utilizing ceremonies from agile methodologies.

My professional experience covers a wide range of areas. In addition to product management, I have worked with project management, agile methodologies, team leadership, training, mentoring, gamification implementation in projects, resource management, and business administration. Throughout these roles, I have held various positions including Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Teacher, Product Owner, Product Manager, and Coordinator. My professional background includes work in software factories, startups, large corporations, and also as an independent consultant.
